Proper Classical Dance Training is a Scenically Proven and Systematic approach to learning how to dance correctly.
Beginning with comprehending the basics classical dance will build musicality, strength, control, agility, flexibility, fluidity and flexibility in the body. The body awareness that comes from this training is a strong base for all forms of dance and gives the dancer the tools for executing choreography for all styles of dance. Each lesson includes Barre Work and Center Work preparing for Adagio, Tours and Jumps. Proper classical dance training is an advantage for athletic conditioning as well as a dancer’s training.
